What to bring

  • Grip Socks are mandatory for Body Dada classes. Dada Socks are available for purchase in studio or through Shop Dada.

  • Grip Socks or barefoot is appropriate for Body Party classes. Bring water - you will break a sweat!

  • Ballet Shoes or regular socks are proper footwear for Ballet Dada. We do not recommend our grip socks for this Ballet Dada.

  • Any type of sock is appropriate for Stretch + Chill.

  • We have a water dispenser available at the studio, and some for sale as well.

  • Wear clothes you feel comfortable working out in and that’s all you need!

  • We provide all the equipment you need but you are welcome to use your own mat should you prefer to do so.

What to know

  • Arrive 10 minutes before class if this is your first time visiting. We’ll prepare your mat with you and get you set up.

  • PARKING for Highland Park - Parking is metered in the large lot directly behind the studio and continues running behind the businesses on the street. Within walking distance there is free parking but please check the signs.

  • PARKING for Silver Lake - Metered parking runs up and down Sunset Blvd. with a few lucky meters in front of the studio. Best free parking is behind the studio up and around Westerly Terrace in the residential area. Please prepare for a short walk.

Studio Policies

  • LATE ENTRY : For the safety and focus of participants our doors are locked the moment class begins. This policy is especially true for New Clients whose intake form and general settling in needs to be done before class begins.

  • LATE CANCEL/NO SHOWS : Any cancellations made within 12 hours of class and no shows will be charged $10. Clients not on an Unlimited Membership also forfeit that class from their account. This is to allow waitlisted clients enough time to join class.

  • NO WALK INS : We do not have the capacity to allow for walk-ins to any class. This policy also includes Member Guests who must be added to the class roster ahead of class time.

  • MEMBER GUESTS : Guests may come once in a 6 month period. Members are responsible for their guests late cancel/no show fee. Simply email hello@bodydada.com to set them up. Please note that Members with guest privileges are those on auto renewing contracts, guests do not apply to those on our New Client Special.

  • MEMBERSHIP PAUSING : Memberships are a 3 month commitment and then cancel anytime. Members may pause for one whole month per 12 month period after the 3 month period has passed.

  • NO VIDEO RECORDING DURING CLASS : The experience and privacy of everyone is important to us and what may be comfortable for you may not be for someone else even if they aren’t in your shot. Exceptions to this can be addressed with prior consent and agreement of best practices if you email hello@bodydada.com

  • PREGNANCY NOTE : We do not encourage you trying your first Body Dada class while pregnant. Private sessions are available to ready you with modifications for class, please inquire. If you have taken Body Dada classes before and are looking to modify then we require a doctor’s note beforehand.

  • We do not recommend anyone under the age of 18 take class. Conditioning and strength building for those under 18 requires a different approach that we do not cater to but are happy to recommend options if you write us.

  • All classes are open level, no previous experience necessary. If you have any concerns let your instructor know and they will be able to address any minor injuries you have.
