BODY DADA The Class

Our signature class, Body Dada The Class, is a full body barre workout that focuses on low impact, controlled movements. Class begins with a cardio warmup then centers around precise isometric exercises and corresponding stretches that target every muscle, including the ones you rarely use, for that deep burn. You'll get stronger, more flexible, and achieve better balance. At times you’ll use free hand weights, a ball, and a strap to assist you in toning your entire body. The only requirement is grip socks and you’re set.

BODY PARTY

Body Party is an aerobic dance fitness class. Learn dances with us in an all levels, all fun, low stakes environment. No prior dance experience is necessary. Just keep moving! An exhilarating cardio workout that ends on the floor with some of our signature ab and seat work followed by a cool down. Bring water and a towel - you will break a sweat. Wear your grip socks or come barefoot and you're ready to party.

BALLET DADA

Step into an elegant vibration. Combine our signature strength building Body Dada classes with the grace and beauty of Ballet. No prior ballet experience is required. An inviting class for those new to ballet who are used to our fitness classes, and a fresh way of practicing ballet technique for those familiar with ballet class. Ballet shoes or grip socks are proper footwear. Wear whatever feels comfortable and doesn’t limit your movement.

STRETCH + CHILL

Stretch + Chill is for deep conditioning in between our strengthening barre classes. Class is a mix of kinetic and static stretching with guided self massage designed to lengthen and stretch sore and tight muscles. We take our time relaxing into the body and finish with hot eucalyptus towels. You'll leave this class feeling centered, elongated, and pampered.

ABS + BOOTY

Activate two of the most powerful places in your body and feel the burn. You’ll work out every area of your abdominals and glutes from all angles for balance, stability, and strength. The ultimate duo.

SLOW BURN

A mindful full body flow linked to breath that emphasizes deep core strength and lengthening exercises. You’ll connect with the powerhouse of your core while also building strength and mobility. Center your body, mind, and soul while also feeling the burn and embracing the shake.
